Nature Looking Back, Bleeding

“Nature Looking Back, Bleeding”
Pen and Ink on Watercolor Paper
11″ x 14″

Ideas: This drawing is one of the quantum abstractions completed in the nature motif. It is an intense spiral of a forest seemingly injured and in great pain. A relation to the environment around us while its tortured and harvested to satisfy the greed of those in power. The piece feels full of collision and slow agony as it spirals into itself. Many areas are empty of life, of growth and the death spiral quickens. It is a last gasp and a glance back at humanity looking to us for help as it slowly bleeds out.
